Uploading documents files or typing a response

  • Use this form to upload your supporting documents for either Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction or Discretionary Housing Payment (DHP) claims.
  • Use this form to also type your reply to questions we may have asked in a letter or email about any of the above.

Before you start

  • Have your details and National Insurance number ready. You will not be able to submit this form without it.
  • Have your benefit claim number ready.  If you do not know your benefit claim number you can contact the Benefits Customer Services for help: Phone: 020 8356 3399
  • Have the document files you want to upload ready.
  • If you need to type a reply/answer to a letter/email we have sent you, have the date of that letter/email ready.

Other information before you start

  • This form will not allow a file size of more than 10MB to be uploaded.
  • This form will not allow zipped/archive file formats to be uploaded.
  • This form will only allow commonly used image/document file types.
